Pillar Caps and Copings

Mono Pillar Caps: salvaged from Woodsgate Railway Bridge, Bexhill, 4 available.  They are hand carved Yorkshire Gritstone and measure a whopping 78″ x 30″ x 9″-12″.  £600 each + VAT

Double detail Pyramid Caps:  hand carved Yorkshire Gritstone caps made for a 1.5 brick pier.  16″ base (13″ between drip groove) coming out to 19″ at its widest and 9″ high.  £300 + vat per pair or £500 + vat for all four.  One cap has historic damage to one corner.

Deep Sided Pyramid Caps: beautifully weathered large caps made for a 3 brick pier.  27″ base (23.5″ between drip grooves) coming up 6″ at the sides and finishing at 8″ tall.   £500 + vat for the pair.

Octagonal Pillar Caps:  hand carved sandstone caps.  16″ across base, rising to 24″ at it’s widest (all measurements taken flat to flat sides) and standing at 13″ tall.  £500 + vat for the pair.

Deep Chamfered Flat Pillar Caps:  late Victorian era reconstituted stone caps salvaged from the United Reform Church in Eastbourne.  Made to sit flush on a 2.5 brick pier.  22.5″² rising 7″ up the sides and then chamfered in to an 18.5″² flat top at 9″ tall.  £160 + vat each or £300 + vat for the pair.

Deep Chamfered Caps with Lamp Posts:  late Victorian era reconstituted stone caps salvaged from the United Reform Church in Eastbourne.  Made to sit flush on a 2.5 brick pier and with cast iron plant underneath of 12″ depth and 10″².  22.5″² rising 7″ up the sides and then chamfered in to an 18.5″² flat top at 9″ tall.  With original cast & wrought iron lamp post inset and standing 31″ tall, with ladder bars.  Please note there are no lamp tops and some historic damage.  £225 + vat each or £400 + vat per pair.

Large Stone Ball: hand carved stone ball with an 18″ diameter.  £350 + vat.

York Stone Coping: flat Yorkstone coping, 9″ wide and 3″ deep in various lengths.  £20 per ft + vat.

Deep Chamfered Coping:  Yorkstone coping, 9″ wide rising 5″ up the sides to a flat 6.75″ flat top, standing 6″ tall in total.  Two lengths of 32″, one length of 29″, one length of 36″ comprising a corner return and one length of 41″ comprising an finishing chamfer to the end.    £450 + vat for the lot.

Mono Pitch Coping:  Concrete mono pitch (or single pitch or once weathered!) made for a double skin wall.  15″ wide (12″ between drip grooves), 3.5″ at back, 3″ at front and 3ft long.  £20 + vat per piece.

Large Concrete Coping: decorative and beautifully weathered and mossy.  Base plate is 13″ including the drip run (and so ideal for a 9″-11″ wall) and stands at 12″ high.  30″ length £90 each + vat,  18″ length £55 each + vat.

Stone Church Finial:  late Victorian era decorative stone finial salvaged from the United Reform Church in Eastbourne.  Stands approximately 5ft tall.  One leaf broken off which we do have for somebody to be able to repair it.  £625 + vat.
